Here at Davis Autosports, we are very excited to bring to market this soon to be fully restored 1995 Toyota Pickup Single Cab 4x4 with a 5 Speed Manual Transmission. This Toyota was a local trade and came to us as a TRUE 1 OWNER truck with nearly 40 service records on the carfax report from a Toyota Dealer. This truck was garaged kept and 100% rust free including body, undercarriage and frame. Most dealers would have loved to get this truck in their inventory and would have listed online right way, but in true DAS fashion we decided to make this Toyota the nicest Pick up on the market. The engine and driveline function perfect as the previous owner serviced this truck since day 1 and absolutely babied this truck. We will service the engine and driveline top to bottom along with brakes, cooling, etc. Our main focus on this restore is mostly cosmetic although we will send a lot of time on the mechanicals.

WEEK 1

The first week of the restore included the stage 1 of body work and disassembly.

WEEK 2

After larger dings and imperfections were repaired, we then seal and prime all panels and block down with multiple sand papers and proceed to find any all finer imperfections.

WEEK 3

This attention to detail only occurs with the finest paint jobs. This is the second prime and blocking which will get this body straighter than it came from the factory.

WEEK 4

The bed was in amazing condition with zero rust or metal repair needed. We did sand down and prime the entire bed for blocking and repaired the wheel wells for a brand new look.

WEEK 5/6

This week, the Toyota will get a final body inspection from 2 different body techs and then a final primer and block for a perfectly smooth finish.

WEEK 7

No photos of this process, but all panels were sprayed with a sealant prior to base coat and clear coat.

WEEK 7

The Toyota finally makes it way into the booth for its full base coat and clear coat. Every single panel was painted and clear coated off the truck.

Week 7

The Toyota will not get the frame addressed before getting assembled. As you see the factory frame looks amazing as it has been garaged kept well cared for. The Frame will receive full sanding treatment followed by a POR-15 Application for Years and Years of protection .
