This Suburban itself came to us in great condition as a 1998 Suburban 2500. It is a TRUE ONE OWNER truck from CA, a TRUE Rust Free TRUCK!!! The odometer is 79,600 miles.

PAINT AND BODY

We stripped down this Suburban to metal and started from step one with 2K primer, base coat, and 2 coats of clear coat. When we paint vehicles, all handles, locks, trim, panels, moldings, etc are removed so there are no tape lines. This is a very time consuming method but the end result speaks for itself. We have nearly 4 weeks just in our paint and body department on this truck. The two tone paint, looks amazing and gives this Suburban a timeless look. We also removed the factory roof rack and side steps and refinished it with automotive Black Paint !!! All belt moldings and window trim is BRAND NEW. All window trim inside and out (8 Pc Total) is new!!!

INTERIOR

This Suburbans interior was in good condition but in DAS fashion, we decided to bring it to another level. We removed all interior components and started from the floor pan. As you see below in the photos, we steamed cleaned the already very clean factory carpet, every square inch of carpet was steamed with our commercial grade high temp steamer. From there, we installed all NEW tan leather seats. With like new carpet and new leather seats, we decided to replace the entire headliner that had a few parts starting to sag. This monster headliner between taking down, stripping, replacing, and installing was a 3 day process itself. The interior of this Suburban is a NEW as they come. The Tan leather looks timeless against the factory green paint!!!

SUSPENSION / WHEELS / TIRES

To give this Suburban a timeless custom look we decided to install a moderate 2" suspension lift. To gibe this Suburban the best possible ride and ability to tow if needed, we went with the best shocks you can buy for this set up, Rancho RS9000 which are 6 way adjustable shocks and cost double and triple of all other shocks. The BFG 285/75/16 K02 tire is a must on this truck with the legendary American Racing Aluminum (not steel) wheels. !!!

WEEK 1-3

The first couple weeks of the build consisted on prepping the body for a complete paint job. Removed all trim, flares, windshield, handles, window moldings, etc.

WEEK 4-5

After prepping the Suburban and getting the body perfect, we completed a FULL repaint including the roof. The photos below do not show the flares which are also painted.

WEEK 6-9

Out with the OLD seats and in with the NEW Tan Leather Seats!!! While the seats are out, we sanded and refinished the seat brackets and steamed cleaned the carpets!!

Some updates pics from 7-10-18 of flares going on, Bumpers being high speed polished, and trim being painted black...This Suburban is really starting to come together !!!!

WEEK 12

The 285/75/16 BFG All Terrain Tires and 16x8 American Racing Wheels Arrived and were mounted and balanced. We also received the top of the line FULLY ADJUSTABLE 9000 series shocks which will give this Suburban a great ride. We also received the 2" Lift which will be installed this week. The Brand New Grill, Brand New Headlights, Driving Lights and Taillights were installed.

WEEK 14-15

The new lift is being installed with a ton of services. As seen in the photos, new heated mirrors, all 4 new ball joints, new rotors and pads, new rear main seal, new oil pan gasket, fuel filter, oil filter, new plugs, new wires, new dis cap, all new gaskets, axle seals, shaft seals, all new fluids, and MUCH MORE.....As you see we are repainting the roof rack as well.
