DAVIS AUTOSPORTS KEVLAR PACKAGE

The Kevlar process on this XJ was a 6 day full undertaking. Every panel minus the rockers and roof were removed from the vehicle. All panels were sanded down with 180 grit sandpaper followed by 320 grit. The the plastic panels were then surfaced cleaned and sprayed with a plastic promoter and the metal panels were sprayed with a 2K primer. The panels were then sprayed with a 2 part black kevlar, two coats applied.
